During the hot months of July, August and September, our water well runs dry. This means that 25 litre water containers need to be manually filled from the mains tap and carried into the field. It is a back breaking job. By contributing 5 pounds to the water fund we can arrange for 6000 litres to be pumped directly into the well which would enable the automatic watering system to be operational when we need it most.
